Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 24 hours to process your order. You can expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way! 

Orders are generally shipped within 1 - 2 days, using Royal Mail's Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 services. 
 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  

You can choose between Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Tracked 48.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer flat rate international shipping using Royal Mail's International Tracked service.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Wild Spark is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.  

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES  

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@thewildspark.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
